Arboretum di Arco

Created in 1872 by the Archduke Albert of Hapsburg, he saw a real transformation in the sixties when “miniature plant landscapes” were created.

The latter recreate the original environments of the plants: the oasis and the driveway of the palms, the conifer grove, the bamboo jungle, the Mediterranean scrub, the sub-tropical plants, the Asian ones, the lemon-house, the pond and the slope of the brooms.

With the restructuring of 1993 it is equipped with labels and information boards on the flora present in it.

Hosting about 200 species of plants from all over the world, guarantees their survival thanks to the mild climate due to the proximity to Lake Garda.
