Isol Coat is the official Italian distributor of two American brands: Temp Coat Brand Products and Current Composites Inc., manufacturers of the thermal insulation “TC 101” and the acoustic insulation “Silent Running 500” and “Silent Running 1000“, both in the category of “Nanotechnological insulators”.

Silent Running 500
SR500 is a special innovative cover designed to eliminate sound and vibration. In fact it converts sound energy and vibrations into low-level thermal energy, which is dissipated through the surface of the covering.

Running 1000
SR1000 is a special efficient acoustic insulation covering designed to eliminate sound and vibration. SR1000 converts sound energy and vibrations into low-level thermal energy, which is dissipated through the surface of the covering.
SR1000 is approved by US Coast Guard, Lloyd’s Register and the EU.

Liquid Thermal Insulator
TEMP-COAT®101 is a thermal insulator, which is supplied in liquid form and is applied as a varnish. TEMP-COAT®101 also has excellent characteristics that allow its use also as acoustic insulation and anti-condensation insulation. The product is ideal for applications in sectors such as maritime, construction, oil gas, transport, and in any sector where temperature is a quantity to be controlled.

They offer the advantage of being able to be applied to multiple layers, such as paints, on almost all types of material, from metal to wood, plastics and cements and others.

They make obvious benefits in terms of ease and simplicity of use, allowing the isolation of areas that are not acceptable to traditional insulators. Insulating with just a few millimeters creates very interesting advantages that are still little used today.
