Centro Psicologico Affi
The Psychological Center Affi born from fortuitous two professionals, related by culture and orientation, eager to carry on a great common project: a multidisciplinary study, with different but complementary theoretical souls who are confronted in practice of nursing daily work.
So we decided to work in the same place, creating a highly specialized structure, easy to reach in a strategic place because at the crossroads of the lake area (currently lacks a psychological center) and the nearest large urban centers, still too far away from Verona where the psychological offer is this.
The CPA aims to become a reference point for all those who wish to approach to a path of knowledge about themselves but also for those who aspire to deepen themes of psychological interest, to meet people with whom to share a journey, to attend a therapy group or word. Our attempt is to promote local events highlighting the many beauties and opportunities that this place offers to all those who have the desire and sensitivity to recognize them.
The CPA provides individual psychotherapy and / or group for teenagers and adults, as a privileged path, to discover the true self and for facing painful debilitating disorders that make everyday life difficult and emotional relationships, love and work.
The CPA also takes care of children and their development; consultation with the child’s parents is a unique opportunity to address the psychological problems that strongly affect his mental growth. Together, in the working group, it pays particular attention to the behaviors and attitudes that inhibit communication and make it difficult relationship with others. The child may, in a facilitative, talk of himself, expressing his fears and emotions through play and drawing.
The game observation, narratives that are created, and the way they interact will be interpreted and shared with parents in order to get more in touch with the inner world of the child and its ghosts. The ultimate goal is to improve communication and the emotional closeness with their parents to re-establish a normal and healthy growth path.
